We ducked in for a quick bite during Make Music Salem and were pretty happy we did. We went in around 4pm which is an off time but we were working around band schedules.
The server that helped us was friendly and accommodating when I requested salmon nigiri after I noticed it wasn't on the belt yet. She brought 3 plates quickly and it was super fresh and the rice was proportioned just right (not rice heavy). She also recommended a few other dishes that she was putting out so we grabbed those too. The plates are 1.95 each and it was so good we had 6 plates each. I wanted to eat more if I could have, but I was full. Overall it was a great deal on tasty fresh sushi and the restaurant was comfortable and clean. I would recommend giving this restaurant a try. I know we will go back when we are in Salem again.
p.s. I normally add photos but the food was so yummy I was super focused on just eating it! -

If I go out to eat sushi, O'Sushi is my spot. Kelly is always there to greet me with a smile and is super friendly. She helps me find items on the menu or belt and answers any questions I have about the differences in the rolls. Everything on the belt is always super fresh and tastes great. If I'm not finding what I want on the belt they are quick to make me what I would like. A lot times I choose to do my orders half there, and half to go and they are very accommodating. The customer service is great. Kelly and others check in on me to make sure I'm doing ok and always ask if there's anything else that I need. Thanks for making it a great place to enjoy a little break and enjoy a great meal.
My favorite rolls:
- Volcano Roll
- Fire Roll
- Deep Fried Salem Roll -

This place is my favorite. I literally drive from Albany, past multiple closer places, every time I go for sushi. I can't stand overpaying for crappier food at other spots. The plates here are $1.95 no matter which one. They will make to order, for the same price. No waiting for some happy hour. The rice is ON POINT and the wasabi is authentic! Fish is fresh every time. It isn't that clay paste shit I get everywhere else for 2.50 to 4.50 a plate. I've been eating here regularly for over 3 years. If you don't stop in, you're missing out.
Special shoutout:
Kelly is my favorite face there. I'm always happy when she is my waiter. Love her!!!!! So much!!! -

Wow great sushi place, all the sushi tasted fresh and the customer service was great! The woman who worked there when I ate was very attentive and super sweet. They have gluten free soy sauce and also lots of gluten free options along with kids chop sticks. They have a lot of sushi creations I haven't seen at other sushi restaurants along with a sweet and spicy sauce on one roll that was like nothing I've ever tasted before with so much flavor. I highly recommend. Also great prices! Almost all the plates are $1.95.

This was instantly my go to sushi spot after I tried it for the first time, especially with the prices, can't go wrong! The double shrimp is delicious. Such a fun relaxing environment too! & Always ALWAYS great customer service. Kelley, one of the servers, is just so sweet and the owners are very kind.
